NASA Releases Hi-Res Video of First Moon Walk

As we reported yesterday, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has released the 40 year Apollo 11 moon walk footage.
NASA is undergoing a restoration project that will be completed in the fall, with the restoration project, NASA is restoring it’s recently found high resolution television footage from the Apollo 11 moon walk.
NASA has released some of the footage in High Definition video on their web site. You can view the 720p videos by visiting NASA’s HD video gallery on their web site. You will need to have Apple Quicktime installed in order to view the videos.
