According to several reports, there has been a new build of Office 2010 leaked to the web, identifying itself as “Microsoft Office 2010 Build 4417.” The build offers little difference between the previously leaked “Mondo” builds, however, it does offer small improvements and is a lot more stable than previous builds.

The most notable new feature is that the back-stage view has been altered and enhanced. There’s a new upload center to store and share documents online. Other changes include a new activation systems and updated icons for all the Office applications.

The version of Office 2010 is the well known “Mondo” build, the equivalent of the “Ultimate” SKU of Office 2007, but also comes with Visio and other separate products. The last build of “Mondo” to leak caused widespread problems due the fact that it could not be uninstalled easily.
