Sony to begin bringing Playstation Network Online -----

In a press release today, Sony endevoured to reassure its customers that their privacy and safety are its highest priority, and that they intend to begin restoring the Playstation Network this week.

As well as improving its security measures, Sony is taking steps to assist customers in enrolling in identity theft protection services, as well as offering a "Welcome Back" package worldwide, to thank service users their patience.
