Below are some potential fixes if your Outlook Email application refuses to launch.

Fix 1) Windows Key + R and type outlook.exe /resetnavpane into the box and press okay.

Fix 2) Disable Add-Ins

Press Windows Key + R together. Type  Outlook /safe into the box, Press OK

Now Click Options and tick 'Set as Default Profile' if you see your Profile in the Profile Name Box (If there is no Profile to choose then click the New.. button and Create a new Profile before proceeding!)

Now we need to Remove all Add-ins (Found in Options under the File Menu in Outlook).

Remove all Add-ins listed. Apply Changes and close Outlook.

Now try and launch Outlook as you would usually. If it loads without problems you have resolved your issue.

Fix 3) Hardware Acceleration

Press Windows Key + R together.

Type  Outlook /safe into the box, Press OK.

If Outlook Launches navigate to the Advanced Options (File Menu, Options, Advanced)

Tick the 'Disable Hardware Acceleration' box. Apply changes, Close outlook and try and relaunch as usual.

Fix 4) Remove all Profiles (you will have to setup your Email Account again! Make sure you know your password and setup information if needed)

Remove all Profiles using

If Outlook now starts, Create a New Profile

Once you've fully setup your Account, close Outlook and try and relaunch to see if the issue is resolved.

Alternative Method

Press Windows Key + R
Type in Regedit

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles and delete all profiles here.

Fix 5) Chkdsk

Press Windows Key + X together
Click Command Promt (Admin)

Type in chkdsk c: /f and press enter

It will ask you if you wish to schedule the computer to perform this task on next restart. Press Y (for yes) and then restart your computer. Try and launch Outlook.

It is worth noting that some software is known to conflict with Outlook such as Abby Fine Reader. Uninstall this software if you have it and the above fixes haven't worked!
