UK Playstation 3 Sales Increase Due to Price Drop -----

Although Sony have had a tough year with the Playstation Network outage, a reliable source recently told MCV that there has been a dramatic increase in the sales of the Playstation 3, following the decision to cut the price to just £199.99.

Of course a boost in sales is always going to be great news for any company, but it seems this is only a hint of what is to come.
Posters placed in public areas advertising the price drop only arrived yesterday, and with the release of Deus Ex: Human Revolution coming next week, it looks like the trend is set to continue even longer.
